Unless you represent a publisher/company I'm currently working with/scheduled to work with, represent one of the big publishers, a close friend, someone I usually collaborate with, or someone that's going to pay me mountains of cash, I'm simply not available for new projects. Sorry if that sounds like I'm an elitist (add yer own really colorful noun here). I'm just too busy with other gigs to take on more books without risking deadlines. I do appreciate the notes expressing the interest in my work, but at this time I simply can't do it.

Still no new comp yet, but while the roomies were asleep I made up another song list that I'd love to see for Guitar Hero.

This time, it's all about Black Sabbath and Ozzy. I've never hidden the fact that I love the Ozzy years of Sabbath. All of my friends know that those first 4 albums are some of my all time favorites. Black Sabbath pretty much single handedly invented the heavy metal sound with those 4 albums. They're the fathers of metal. Every metal band out there has been influenced by Sabbath in one way or another.

And if Sabbath was the fathers of metal, then Ozzy is definitely the godfather of metal. The man has continued to produce. His knack for finding unknown guitar talent and turning them into icons is legendary. Randy Rhoads, Jake E. Lee, Zakk Wylde...all 3 are simply amazing in their own rite.

And then you have Ozzfest which he uses to showcase mainstream talent as well as unknowns. The man does so much for us metal heads.

So here's mah list, and it's a long one. Stuck with the same formula of 3 songs by the featured artists and 2 songs by other artists per set. For the first few 'guest' spots, I simply used songs from the NIB tribute albums to keep it in the same tone as the rest of Sabbath's stuff. For the guest spots on the Ozzy solo years, I tried to use bands that Ozzy's band members used to play for, went on to play for, or even bands that simply had some kind of connection that members time with Ozzy.

Since GH always has the bonus set list, I attached 32 bonus songs which is why the list is so huge. For the bonus songs, I simply chose my favorite bands that have appeared at Ozzfest.

If I ever get time to dink with Frets of Fire, I'll definitely be building this list.
